As yousguys know some of our songs have been played at the Amarillo College station (http://kacvfm.org/music/), and at the UCLA station with DJ Octoon (http://uclaradio.com/)... but nothing in Austin! Until today!!! A big hug goes out to Dora at Soul Vibrations on KAZI 88.7 Austin (http://www.kazifm.org/pages/soulvibe.html). In case you want to know, she's the pretty redhead on the far left. She is the first Austin DJ to play some Bee Sting Sessions! The format of the show is really empowering and, because they are a community radio station, they really do cater to the community. I really hope that all you Austinites out there (even if you're not... they have the shows available online) support this station. If you haven't listened, do... you might even hear us!
